Mr McGregor is one of Australia’s most experienced commercial algae producers and has commissioned large scale algae growth systems both within Australia and abroad.
Colins interest in algae originated while working as a Senior Engineer at Qantas Airways, looking for viable sources of SustainableAviation Fuel. He subsequently left Qantas to work for an Australian company producing jet fuel from algae. He then moved on to developing large scale natural algae growth systems for human health supplements and agricultural products.
Colin founded BioGenesis in 2017 as a trulyAustralian company with the mission to providethe platform for algae to achieve the greatpromise and potential that it has for the planet.
Colin holds a Master of Business Administration(MBA), a Bachelor of Engineering BE (Hons 1st class), a Bachelor of Manufacturing Management(BMM) and is a member of the AustralianInstitute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Dr Vagner Jorden is a leading environmental and civil engineer and owns a large successful international engineering consultancy firm. Dr Jorden brings many years of business strategy, construction and environmental engineering expertise and has strong links to international markets.

Eric Chen is a highly accomplished senior executive with demonstrated success in business transformation, as well as developing & executing long-term strategies that support the organisational goals, throughout his 20 years of international experience in CEO, CFO and other leadership roles.

Robin Zhang has an extensive experience of finance, mergers & acquisition, corporate advisory and had supported various landmark cross-border projects. He is a CPA and holds double Master’s degrees of ProfessionalAccounting and Commerce (Finance). He is also a researcher and supporter of ESG.

Mr Frank Mason comes from an agriculture and agriculture science background, having managed many farms and agricultural based projects over the past 35 years. Frank has been working with Genesis since 2018 and has led the construction and and the development of the stock feed product.
